Marathon
Many of you may have seen me running around the 2nd Ward lately. About two months ago I was at the gym attempting to ease the burdens of a stressful day while running on a treadmill. Even though I really don’t like running, I figured that if I was going to do it, I might as well be going somewhere and doing something positive with my time.
I have joined Team in Training to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and I have signed up for the Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska on June 17th. My goal is to raise $5,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help aid in designing treatments and cures.
